Peter M. Mundheim Principal and Counsel

Peter M. Mundheim is a Principal and Counsel of Stone Point. He joined Stone Point in 2001. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Mundheim was an attorney at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP in the corporate department. Prior to joining Cleary Gottlieb, Mr. Mundheim served as a law clerk for Chancellor William T. Allen in the Delaware Court of Chancery. From 1992 to 1993, Mr. Mundheim was an assistant product manager at Commerce Clearing House in Chicago. Mr. Mundheim is a director of APCO Holdings, Inc., Cunningham Lindsey Group Limited, Cyprexx Services, LLC, NOVA Group Services, LLC, Privilege Underwriters, Inc. and Real Estate Disposition Corporation. He holds an A.B. from Duke University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
