Peter M. Mundheim Principal and Counsel

Peter M. Mundheim is a Principal and Counsel of Stone Point. He joined Stone Point in 2001. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Mundheim was an attorney at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP in the corporate department. Prior to joining Cleary Gottlieb, Mr. Mundheim served as a law clerk for Chancellor William T. Allen in the Delaware Court of Chancery. From 1992 to 1993, Mr. Mundheim was an assistant product manager at Commerce Clearing House in Chicago. Mr. Mundheim is a director of Access Point Financial, Inc., APCO Holdings, Inc., Auction.com, LLC, C3/CustomerContactChannels, Inc., Cunningham Lindsey Group Limited and Privilege Underwriters, Inc. He holds an A.B. from Duke University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
