C3/CustomerContactChannels is a global business process outsourcing company that provides a range of customer care services on behalf of clients in the financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, energy and utilities, media, hospitality and leisure and government services industries. Services include customer service, enrollment, reservations, sales and performance optimization via telephone, web and emerging communication channels. Formed in April 2010 by a team of experienced BPO industry executives, the company is based in Plantation, Florida, and has both domestic and international offices. Trident V acquired its interest in C3 in January 2011.
