SEDGWICK CMS OPENS CANADIAN OFFICE

Memphis, Tenn., February 23, 2004 - Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. (Sedgwick CMS) announced the opening of Sedgwick CMS Canada Inc. (Sedgwick CMS du Canada Inc.), the first international location for the U.S. claims and productivity management services provider. Sedgwick CMS Canada is serving clients from its new offices in Mississauga, Ontario, a suburb of Toronto.
