Alliant is based in Newport Beach, California, and has offices throughout the United States.

Stone Point has studied the insurance distribution “elephant” for more than 15 years and has completed numerous investments in the industry. In addition, we have completed a number of investments in various forms of insurance underwriters and services providers to the industry. We studied Alliant extensively before its 2005 LBO and tracked the company thereafter.

We have facilitated introductions for Alliant to other portfolio companies as well as to broader relationships, leading to millions of dollars of recurring annual revenue for Alliant.
Stone Point assists management with all material add-on acquisitions. We played a key role in helping Alliant acquire Mesirow Insurance Services, one of the Midwest’s leading independent insurance agencies, which increased Alliant’s revenue by more than $100 million.
BUSINESS & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
We have leveraged our network to enhance Alliant’s existing insurance carrier relationships and to facilitate new carrier introductions. We have also helped the company evaluate business line expansion opportunities and alternative distribution strategies.
CAPITAL RAISING & STRUCTURING
We have led the process for all of Alliant’s financings since the initial investment in 2015.
