Trident VI Commits to Invest in Preston Hollow Capital

DALLAS, April 22, 2015 – Preston Hollow Capital, LLC announced today that it has closed on a $175 million equity investment commitment from Trident VI, L.P. and its affiliated investment funds managed by Stone Point Capital LLC.

Preston Hollow Capital will use the proceeds from the investment to expand the company’s municipal finance specialty origination platform and to pursue complementary strategic investments and acquisitions.
